Use DNS Blacklisting more flexible

Hi,

we use DNS Blacklisting and want to use it more flexible.
So if an IP enters the Blacklist is should not deleted.
It should be delivered but with a additional string "Blacklisting was detected .." in the content of the mail (subject or body)
So the user gets all mail but with a hint ..

is this possible??
