Hello,
how to add Spam E-Mail to global Blacklist within Webmail?
Is this possible?
Else, can I copy a Postoffice Blacklist to a global Blacklist?
Which file do I have to copy and where is it situated?
What is the best way to add E-Mails or IP Adresses to a global Blacklist by batch?
We are also using Plesk 17 on our Webserver.
Which Blacklist is taken?
Best regards,
Rene

Re: How to add Spam E-Mail to global Blacklist within Webmail?
Hi,
There is no global blacklists that web mail users can add to when blacklisting sender addresses. Blacklisting/Whitelisting addresses in web mail is purely for the mailbox. You can configure the "Report as Spam" option so that when mailboxes right click on a message and select "Report as spam" the senders IP address is marked as a spam source. You need to first set the web mail report as spam option to "Mark the senders IP as spam source" within the web mail node properties under the "spam" tab. Please see:

After setting the above you can manage the IP blocking under the SMTP proprieties within the "IP Blocking" tab.
