Get the new chat funktion to work

I'm trying to get the new chat function to work. But when I click on the tab in webmail client it says I have to reconnect. When I do that nothing happens.

I have opened the necessary ports on the server, and it is also enabled for all users in the post office.

Is there anyone who can help me what more to do?

Lodge a support ticket under "Upgrade" and we can take a closer look if you can provide access to the server.
