what to do?
I can get chat to work but video fails when I click the camera with Media Failure: an unknown error occurred. (non supported error)
As for screen sharing, no ides where to start.
are there any ports needed to be open? all standard mail ports are open.
is there some form of alarm for when someone logs in and there is a chat request waiting? how can someone know a chat was initiated immediately after logging in before clicking the chat button?
I am testing version 10 enterprise prior to upgrading and moving our version 9 professional to another server.
