We're running Enterprise in Eval mode. We have multiple postoffices bonded to different IP's. Still cannot login with just a username to a mailbox other than the main domain. Is there a checkbox or something I'm missing to permit this feature.
So to explain my steps.
IP's on server: 10.250.0.100 thru .103
mail.mydomain3.com is bound to .103
If I go to mail.mydomain3.com, I still get unknown user if I just use the username, but I am able to login as tom@mydomain3.com just fine.

Only users in the default post office can log in without having to use the post office name in their login. Everyone else must use the post office name as you have already discovered.
