Caldav not working after IOS update

HI there

we have some iphones with calendars on, they updated over the xmas period and now the calendars are not updating, there's an error saying that they can't connect to the account. we've tired a few different things looking at different ports and loking at all your paper work about connecting to the calendar but we're not getting anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas.

Hi,

Have the users tried to remove the CalDAV account from the iPhone and re-add it? What exact version of MailEnable Enterprise are you running? In order to troubleshoot would really need to see the relevant CalDAV sync logs. If you can lodge a support ticket via our support form then we further help troubleshoot the problem and review the relevant logs.

We have tried taking off and putting back on again, also we have have tried to add to a differnet apple device with the latest update and getting the same issue. We are running the latest Mail enable version.
