Setting up mail redundancy for a MailEnable

I have two MailEnable servers. One is a cluster controller and the other is a cluster member. But all incoming mails are blocked. The message is then: MailEnable SMTP Service (C:\PROGRA~2\MAILEN~1\Bin64\MESMTPC.EXE) error: 1326,Timed out waiting to access audit file (\\10.10.1.130\MAILENABLE$\Config\Audit\AUDIT-180122.log) to log SMTP message from [SMTP:example@example.ex] was refused because you have blacklisted the sender. Result=1326
