Spam control.

Post by dcol »

When I move emails that are not junk into the inbox, they do not seem to be registered as not spam and futre emails still go to the Junk e-mail folder. How can I flag an email as not spam so the filters can whitelist the sender from the Web Client?

there is a whitelist button in the webmail client that will add the sender to your whitelist.

That doesn't help with an Outlook client, which is 99% of my users. Really, I am more interested in how to train Bayesian about good email.
