Hello,
I have MailEnble Enterprise 9.5 version, and i have 250 domains.
One customer receiving error BYE Service temporarily refused connection from IP (xx.xx.xx.xx) because a policy violation has occurred.
IMAP,SMTP,POP connections limit is 400 for all. Maximum real time connectios is ~220 IMAP, ~100 POP.
Only one user have this error.
Any idea?

If a policy is violated with an IP address, it seems that an IP address is blocked either for being on a blacklist or a user from that IP address has sent a bad command or login too many times and the mail server has blocked it. One, determine what the offense is to decide how to address the issue. Two, you can whitelist that IP address and it will not get blocked again.
