emClient contact group / carddav issue

Using em Client mail client and CardDav for syncing contacts I am unable to manage contact groups. Attempting to create a group does not appear to work using em Client and when I login to the web client to see if the group shows up there it is corrupt. The name has extra characters in it and I am unable to delete the group.

Creating contacts works and syncs properly but groups do not.

Hi,

Developers have indicated that they have located problems in this area and will be addressed in the upcoming release. I don't have a specific time frame for the release at this stage though.

I just downloaded the beta release and tried it. It's better but still not working properly. Creating a group does show the group in webmail with the proper name but I am unable to add users to a group. It seems to corrupt the group members.

Update to this - running 10.16 - now groups do not show at all for me in my client and I get carddav sync errors on accounts that have groups.

Hi,

Best way forward if to lodge a support ticket under category of "Upgrade". Then provide a copy of the mailbox "Contacts" so we can copy to a test image and emulate the problem with the exact data.
