Unable to receive Auto Responder message

I am using ME Premium 10.15

I have a user who is set with Auto Responder message with Start date 6/4/2018 00:00 End date 18/4/2018 23:59
My user test and feedback did not receive any message

I test it also, 1st test, after sending to that email that set the auto responder, I got an email immediately with no From, no Subject, no message, with my email only. I am not sure is it the auto responder that send me.

I resend again, now there is no message back at all.

Kindly check if you can get the same error.

Hi,

The default setting for auto responder sending is to only send one autoresponse per sender per day. This can be changed under the postoffice connector properties within the "Autoresponse to sender" drop down menu.

Where did you create the auto responder? Was this in the admin console or web mail?

The user enter the auto responder via webmail
