Error sending to multiple recipients

I have a customer who regularly tries to email about 50 recipients a single email message. She gets an error every time she does this (appears to go through 10 or so recipients before failure). Any idea why? The max recipient limit is 300 on the server.

Hi,

Do you see errors in the SMTP activity and debug log files at the time of the send? The error you pointed out is an Outlook generated error would need more information about the error. Perhaps a screenshot. If you try and emulate the behavior on a different client machine when sending to 50 recipients in the same message do you get the same error?
