IMAP Sync SLOW -> IMAP IDLE

Hi All,
Our IMAP is very slow, looks like that the cause is some file removing operation and IMAP IDLE, this is part of the log:

this can take about 3-5 minutes to complete.. anyone have any idea of how to resolve this?

Hi,

What version of MailEnable are you referring to? How many concurrent IMAP connections are connected at the one time to the service? You can check this in the metray utility under the "Real time activity" monitor.
