IMAP not full sync

My user have reported this same IMAP issue even in my latest ME Premium 10.15

I have a user who have 2 devices, one windows Outlook 2013, and one Outlook for Mac 2016
He configured IMAP on both devices for the same email
Most IMAP sub folders are ok
But there are some emails which appear fully in Mac but not in Windows
So how much is missing (files or folders), I could not tell as he have quite a lot of sub folders

I tested it.
I can see full email in Mac and I login webmail to see the full email listings
But some email just do not want to appear in Windows
Those email look like normal email, does not seem corrupt
I went to backend folder, and delete all the files other than the actual email files and try to let it resync, but also the same

What could be the reason?
How to resolve for user?

Can you lodge a support ticket and provide a copy of the example message so we can emulate on our end?
