Hi all,
i'm experiencing a particular issue.
My customer, when receive an email from their customer, and the mail is signed with customer website (www.swarovski.com) all messages be rejected with 550 5.0.350 -> 5.7.1 delivery not authorized, message refused.
Now, i've checked blacklist, spam rules, all, but the problem remain.
But if customer in sign place website : www.swarovski.it the problem disappear.
Any suggestion ?

MailEnable does not generate this error: 550 5.0.350 -> 5.7.1 delivery not authorized, message refused. Does the error occur when you are sending to an external mail server? If so then the remote mail server will filtering the URL that is being blocked in the signature.

no, is a reverse...
When a employee of www.swarovski.com write to a mailbox maintained in out mailenable, he receive the error.
If omit www. before swarovski.com the problem disappear.
Suggestions ?

Hi,
We would need to see the associated SMTP log files in respect the date/time the user from the swarovski.com domain is sending to your MailEnable recipient. Use the "Track Message" option in the MailEnable administration console and search for the sender address and then post up the trace results.
The Track Message utility is located under: servers > Localhost > System > Diagnose > Track Message

just for remove doubt, i've sent an email contains that domain name.
Now is arrived !!!
But we haven't make nothing, and nothing is changed.
