Active Sync Email Missing

Active Sync Email Missing

I just checked my email with two different exchange clients, no unread messages. I went to webmail and sure enough there is a scattering of unread email in my inbox. Others have shown up in my clients but there are some that simply don't download or show any indication that they are new mail. What causes this? Makes me a little nervous about other emails I may have missed.

Hi,

What version of MailEnable are you running? If not the latest then upgrade first to see if this helps. Otherwise logging a support ticket via the MailEnable support would be a faster and more reliable means for managed support.
