O365 Hybrid Solution

Post by Alex_K »

Hi!

I recently migrated some users to O365 and currently have 2 separate mail domains - ABC (O365) and XYZ (MailEnable). I can email from XYZ to ABC and anyone on Internet, I can receive emails from Internet to XYZ, but I can't email from ABC to XYZ.
My users have different UPNs in AD and both domains are added to O365. I'm trying to add a connector to O365 but it doesn't pass validation with this error:

Timestamp:10/24/2018 9:50:28 PM
EventId:FAIL
Source:ROUTING
MessageSubject:Test email for connector validation
MessageId:<e48e8828-ec31-4a03-814e-52b2a5c7ce92@BY2PR18MB0199.namprd18.prod.outlook.com>
Recipients:users@XYZ.com
RecipientCount:1
RecipientStatus:[{LED=550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient user@XYZ.com not found by SMTP address lookup};{MSG=};{FQDN=};{IP=};{LRT=}]
SourceContext:
Sender:O365ConnectorValidation@ABC.onmicrosoft.com
EventData:ToEntity:Unknown, FromEntity:Unknown, DeliveryPriority:Normal, OriginalFromAddress:<>, AccountForest:NAMPR18A003.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM

I can confirm that user@XYZ.com is present in O365 and user's UPN in AD is XYZ.com. Is there something I need to configure in MailEnable?
