Remove " MailEnable Service, Version:" from inbound SMTP Initial response

I'd like to change the inbound SMTP initial response string from "220 mydomain.com ESMTP MailEnable Service, Version: 10.18--10.18 ready" to something without the "MailEnable Service, Version: 10.18--10.18" part. Something more like "220 mydomain.com ESMTP Email Service ready". I thought that was possible but I cannot find anything in the Enterprise 10 documentation or the Knowledge Base about that. I'm running Enterprise 10.18. Any clues?
