I have a problem for over a year: I have a customer that has MailEnable Enterprise always updated to the latest release. There are 80 email accounts
Suddenly, both with MAPI Connector and with IMAP always using Outlook, emails become unread, even those sent!
I asked MailEnable for support as long as it was covered by support, they connected to the virtual server but it was OK for them.
Even yesterday, randomly the problem happened!
My client is desperate, and I too can't be insulted.
Today this happened on another client of mine, who uses ME Standard ..
I look forward to suggestions from anyone who can help me, thanks

Re: E-mails suddenly unread
Hi,
Do you have a ticket number I can look up the history of the ticket you submitted?
When your the client notices the flag loss does it occur on all the messages? If the client is losing all flags then the most probable cause of a corrupt index forcing a new index to be written (flags are lost and client resyncs). The Windows event log will contain more clues if this is the case. However if they are random messages then the only way this can occur is if the IMAP service receives a command from the client to change the flag. To troubleshoot we would require detailed data and log files at the time this occurs.

Hi,
Your best way forward is to login to your Online services account and navigate to the "Support History" page and locate the ticket number. If the ticket is "closed", reopen it and add detailed information to the problem.

Happening to me to on one account.
Constantly updating the inbox dialogue box appears and halts the user to her frustration.
Flags are changing on her emails randomly. Currently monitoring her session via teamviewer.
