I have a customer that has a couple post offices and many user. All is fine except one user can no longer receive mail on his windows Outlook client. He can receive on his phone (Active Sync) and on the Webmail client but just not on Outlook. The kicker is that he *CAN* receive on his outlook client from another postoffice on the same server. So essentially he cannot receive from one specific postoffice. What could be causing this? It just started out of the blue. We have deleted and recreated his account and it won't get any of his old email or folders or anything. No errors. It just sits on send/receive.
Are you using MAPI, IMAP or POP?
