Block Autoresponse triggered by redirected emails

I have a general email address setup for incoming orders. I have the emails set to be forwarded to 5 people. If someone is out, they turn on their out of office notification. This autoresponse is triggered when an order comes in and the customer gets the employee's out of office message. How can I prevent the customer from getting the employee's out of office notification?
