Alias domain issue with reply-all

I have a main domain ( I also have an older domain that we use as an alias, (

If an email is sent to ( it ends up in the users inbox for (, however if that user then clicks reply all it adds their (alias email) to the To: list. Anyone know a way to resolve this?

I looked into just modifying the headers when the email comes in, but Mailenable only allows you to search headers not to search/replace headers. Is there a switch somewhere I am missing, is there a better way to alias a domain (I'm just adding it as a second domain under the postoffice and then every email gets the domain assigned as a second email address).
