IMAP doesn't sync

IMAP doesn't sync

I have on mailbox that when receive an email with an attach of around 22MB doesn't get any email. He use IMAP, Outolook 2019, and has a good connection...

To fix it I have to log into the server, find out the .MAI file...and stop all the services because I cannot delete it because is locked by IMAP Service...

Any other solution...???

What version of MailEnable Enterprise do you have installed?
