ActiveSync & MAPI not Pushing

ActiveSync & MAPI not Pushing

Hello,

I can send and receive email, however, ActiveSync on my phone doesn't show any new messages unless I manually open my email application. In addition, Outlook 2016 using the MailEnable MAPI config won't show any email unless I click on "Inbox". THEN the messages show up.

I was using Office 365 before and never had a problem with this.

What do I need to check?

What version of MailEnable Enterprise are you running (version number)?
