hello,
I have ME Enterprise 10.31. Recently i've found that i have 32bit version installed since ME folder can be found in Program Files (x86)
For performance update of whole server i plan RAM upgrade to 8GB (currently is 4GB). Server is Windows Server 2012 R2 x64
How is possible that 32bit version is installed when on download portal there is no specific download for 32bit or64 bit? More important, will my ME installation know how to utilize more than 4GB of RAM?
Or i am completely wrong and my installation is not 32bit?
Thanks!

Re: 64bit vs x 32bit installation
Hi,
If your current Windows platform is 64bit then MailEnable services should running as 64bit. You can check this windows task manager. Locate the ME services in the process list and right click to access it properties. Check the path location for the services executable which should be in the "BIN64" folder. Our installer can detect the Windows platform and install the application using the correct bitness which is why we don't provide a installer for 32bit and one for 64bit.

Ian,
Many thanks on this one.
It turns out that it's 64bit installation after all, thankfully.
