Hi there,
We're having a problem where form submissions from one of our hosting servers are still being rejected by the Mailenable server even though I have the sending hosting IP exempted in the exception list.
<test@tester.com>: host mail.xxx.com[1.2.3.4] said: 551 This mail
server requires authentication before sending mail from a locally hosted
domain. Please reconfigure your mail client to authenticate before sending
mail. (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
Any idea why the IP exemption is not working and how I might fix it?
Thanks
G

Re: Relay - Allow Relay for Privileged IPs
Hi,
You need to set the SMTP security option for "Address Spoofing" to "Authorized connections can spoof the sender address" and leave the IP address within the SMTP relay option for "Privileged IP's".
