NO SPF record i diagnose despite correct SPF

Hi

I am seeing this in the diagnose report.

No SPF record found. You should consider creating an SPF record for mail.skandiacloud.com or change the SMTP Default Host name to a domain with an SPF record.

If you check for SPF on mail.skandiacloud.com is reported correcty.

Why cant Mailenable see it in the diagnose screen?

The SPF TXT record is on skandiacloud.com, not mail.skandiacloud.com.

Your MX is mail.skandiacloud.com and your domain for the SMTP host name should actually be skandiacloud.com.

skandiacloud.com v=spf1 mx -all

It points to the mx record mail.skandiacloud.com

Under SMTP properties, I have mail.skandiacloud.com

I dont get whats the issue with it...

Hi,

You will need the SPF on both the domain and host name. Therefore add it to skandiacloud.com as well.
