[SOLVED]Please Help! Problem with Filter Archive Incoming/Outgoing Email

Hi,

I've setup the filter to capture all incoming/outgoing email for a domain per KB instruction

However only incoming email can be captured, BUT NOT outgoing email.

Tried both method
1. One filter, "All messages - Process filter actions for all messages"
2. Two filters for Incoming and Outgoing "Where the To or Cc header line contains specific words" and "Where the From header line contains specific words"

Looking into log file, I found something strange that may cause the problem.

As for Outgoing test@domain.com to info@sender.com (Not working/capture by the Filter) Sent from Outlook directly via SMTP authentication.

Seemed Filter can only capture Incoming email that's "routed by the MTA from the SMTP Inbound Queue to the Postoffice Connector (SF) Outbound Queue"

but NOT Outgoing email that's "routed by the MTA from the SMTP Inbound Queue to the SMTP Connector (SMTP) Outbound Queue"

Could you kindly help and let me know the solution to this strange problem please?

I've figured out where the problem was

The Filter for such desired action should be set at Server level, instead of PostOffice level as I read the filter at PostOffice level only filters incoming email, but not outgoing email.
