Forgot Your Password Feature Checked But Not Working
We have the Forgot Your Password option checked in MailEnable but it states on the webmail page this feature is not available. We are running version 10.37 Enterprise Premium. Thanks

If the user has not created their recovery questions and answers in webmail beforehand, the Forgot Password won't work.
