Enable local SFP whitelist policy

Post by childebrecht »

Good morning,
I have seen numerous posts regarding this but not a very detailed answer.
I have recently enabled the SPF checking. Since then I have had multiple customers send in tickets stating.
This server requires you to send from an IP address specified by the SPF for domain.com
If I am reading correctly, I should be able to whitelist the specific sender domain in the SPF whitelist policy so that way even if it does not have an accurate SPF record it would still be allowed to pass email.
My only question is, I have multiple complaints regarding this so I would need to whitelist multiple domains. for example. domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com, etc.
Do I just put this all in the one field somehow or is the a csv/tab file that this whitelist policy references.
And depending on the method that I would submit these can someone provide an example.
Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
