Hi,
We have been using Mail enable 10.20. My question is : After adding someone to my whitelist - the emails they send still go into my Junk folder.
Is there another setting on the server side that is making this happen? or is it possible to define any exception ?
Also , already setting "Deliver junk mail to junk email folder" under Feature Selection inside post office.

There is an improvement to the blacklist/whitelists checking in 10.38 beta. It now checks both the from header and the return-path address of the message. The email address that is added to the whitelist/blacklist is the address in the from header. Prior to 10.38 it only did the check on the return-path address.
