Auto Response - not working

Auto Response - not working

I have found that Auto Response is not working if you have SmartHost setup on a post office. If you disable smarthost, the auto response sends. Has anyone found a resolution for this?

Based on the logins from MailEnable and our smarthost provider, it seems the auto response email is never sent as it can not be found in any log on either platform.
