The ability to limit the amount bandwidth that can be used for SMTP and other services. It can be done in the following way.
Bandwidth per thread inbound = 64k
Bandwidth per thread outbound = 128k
Bandwidth total for server inbound = 256k
Bandwidth total for server outbound = 384k
The amounts can be set within the MMC and can be set to unlimited by default, but the ability to adjust to control the bandwidth used. Would be nice if it was included in all versions of ME, but would be happy with Pro and above.
If this is available via a TAB file configuration change, please advise.
