Limit the number of messages sent by a user per minute

Dear Support,

Is there any security option to set the limit of "the number of messages sent by a user per minute"?
Any version is acceptable as long as the above can be set.

Not per minute, but under the SMTP Security settings there is an option to restrict the number of recipients per hour. Under the postoffice and mailbox Properties page there is a tab "Restrictions" which allows you to set it for a mailbox or postoffice if you need.
