I can't send hotmail and outlook mail

Hello, I haven't been able to send mail to @hotmail.com and @outlook.com for a few days. I can send and receive mail to every domain, but outlook and hotmail.com do not work, I even receive mail from outlook and hotmail.com, but it gives an error like the following, I cannot find the reason, but what do you think is the reason?

You are unlikely to find the reason, but looks like they have blocked a whole range. Make sure you have signed up for SNDS and their junk email reporting which can give you more details if they have blocked you for sending email they consider spam:

You can try to delist your IP:

https://sender.office.com/

You may need to contact Microsoft for help on removing your IP though.

Thank you for your answer, but that's not the problem, I see different ip in the log when sending mail to gmail or other domains, but for some reason my own ip address appears when sending to hotmail.

Where are you seeing the IP address in the logs? You would normally be sending from the one IP address. Is the different IP address still one of your servers IP?
