I have a list of spammer’s IP address, where can I enter them so they will get blocked? I tried entering them into the SMTP access control section, but that didn’t work.

we're having the same problem, how can we block junk sender's ip address?
You could use a reverse dns blacklist on your dns server, I use spamhaus and my own rbl list with great success. The only downside is that it requires a bit much on the input and upkeep side
If your running your own dns server is not to complicated of a task. You may find that is great for single A record entries, but using IPSEC is a better alternative to blocking entire subnets.

What do you mean you entered them into the access control and it did not work, if you have correctly entered an IP address into the access control it will be blocked from sending mail. The important thing here is that you read the text correctly when entering the IP to ensure they end up in the correct logic; By this I mean granted access - except for those listed below xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
