I am looking at Mailvault, which is an email archiving solution. The easiest way to connect to it is through the use of journalling or a journal account. Does Mailenable have that functionality?

MailEnable does not do journaling. I found this out when I demoed Cryoserver.
Instead, what I did was set up a FOSS archiver called MailPiler on a VM and create a filter in MailEnable that forwards all incoming mail to a specific archive email address. It works well, but MailPiler has a rather high learning curve because the documentation for it is all over the place so I had to use a lot of online guides and piece parts of them together until I got something that worked.
