I have a problem with the Whitelist/Blacklist feature intermittently not working in MEFilter.
For example, a whitelisted email address still gets caught by one of the other MEF spam filters, resulting in the email not being delivered. I have checked the MEF log and there is no "EMail is from a 'Global' White Listed User:" for that specific message, even though the email address is actually in the whitelist.
At other times, a blacklisted email still gets delivered.
I have posted a support ticket at mefilter.com two weeks ago and have not got a single-reply (other than an auto-acknowledgement). I also posted a message on the forum earlier this week and to date have got no reply. Given that I paid for this software, I am unimpressed with the level of support from the author, so am hopeful that someone here may know the answer.
Our server isn't that busy - maybe 2000 incoming emails per day.
