SpamWord not showing cwrtain emails in log files

I have certain emails (typically Nigerian scams) which show in the MailEnable logs but do not show up in any SPamword log files. In addition, they are delivered to my Outlook (where it recognizes them as spam).

How can an email show up in the Mailenable log file (and show as a good transaction) yet no show up in SpamWord anywhere?

I have no other filter in mailenable turned on, no whitelist at all. Logfiles show '250 Requested mail action okay, completed 43 36' yet no record of such an email in SpamWord.

Email is delivered to my outlook. Any ideas?

very strange ... there are problems of this type.
check in system eventviewer under spamword to see if there are errors.
I encourage you to post on the forum spamword.com to have a history of problems.
