SNIMTA problem

Post by mjol »

I'm running Mail Enable Standard on a server of mine, and just downloaded and installed SNIMTA but seems that I can't get it to run properly...

I've just set it up as stated in the documentation - simple enough, just enabling the pickup event, and pointing it to the SNIMTA.EXE file. I then restarted the MTA service.

When I tried to send test-email from another account not using that server, using banned phrases in the subject, and in the message body it passed straight through. I've set log level to 7, but nothing appears in the stats directory - no new files there. And nothing in the activity log either - i'm logging both to event log and StatToFile.

Can anyone please tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

PS - I'm running Windows 2000 Server with all service packs installed, and also .NET framework installed.
