There is a strange issue on our server:
we received message delivery failure with bellow details:

Reason: -
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
but the mailenable logging shown: 250 Requested mail action okay, completed
Server Type: Windows server 2012 64 bit
Mailenable Proffesional 6.88
Plesk 11.5

Hi,
Use the "Track Message" utility within the administration console located under: Servers > localhost > System > Diagnose > Track Message and perform a search for the recipient address your sending and select the correct date/time of the logs your searching in. This will provide a more detailed report of what has occurred during the SMTP transaction with the remote server. Perhaps post up the report.

It has show the message has been sent. recipient also received email.
