Migration Failure

Hi,

I am having a problem with the migration tool.
A friend has asked me to migrate his company emails to our ME system whilst he searches for another system, they were on a free Axigen plan, which they have now canned.

I have set up the domain, postmaster password is the same.
Now, when the user logs in, the account is created, however, the data is not migrated.
The migration tool then shows a message "IMAP migration failure for user@domain.com@domain.com: authentication failed"

I have downloaded axigen, and setup a domain.
This is the result of the migration.
