I have a client with outlook 2013 who is trying to copy folders from their (pop3) pst file to an imap account. It was working for a few folders and now all I see in the logs on the mailenable server side is
SELECT "INBOX/CHRISTINA-1/TRAINING" ivj1 NO SELECT failed, no such mailbox. 41 41
...and the folders and sub-folders have not been created on the server side.
Can you tell me how to fix this issues? I am using the latest 9.05 version.

Re: imap folder creation
Hi,
Check the IMAP log files at a earlier time when the folder "INBOX/CHRISTINA-1/TRAINING" was being created. You should see a "CREATE" command being issued to the server. Perhaps this failed and the folder never added on the server.

Re: imap folder creation
Thank you for your response...
I saw no creation error message with this folder, however there are some issues apparently with spaces in the folder names? There was no return message as to any problem...so therefore the client has no idea was characters are not allowed. I guess a hyphen is not allowed? Is there a reason why a message is not returned? Is there some place I can see what characters are not allowed? Can I modify these restrictions in any way?
Thank you...

Re: imap folder creation
Hi,
I tried setting up the same scenario dragging a folder hierarchy from an exported POP pst into an IMAP account and did not have issues. The folders were created on server without issues.
Check the IMAP debug log file in regards to the create command to see if there is any errors logged there. Also check the Windows event log.
