Hello, I have several post offices with the following settings under the "Web Admin" tab:
[checked] Enable web administration for post office
[checked] Can create and edit mailboxes
Maximum number of mailboxes [10 or whatever]
Maximum (and default) mailbox size
(unchecked) Unlimited
(checked) Kilobytes [1048576]
[unchecked] Can select mailbox size (up to the Default value)
If I understand correctly, here I am telling the server that new mailboxes will have 1GB of space, and never more than that.
In those post offices I have given the ADMIN permission to one user, so my client can create and delete mailboxes.
In 5 or 6 post offices I have seen that the admins somehow are able to set the mailboxes to UNLIMITED when creating new ones. I just created an admin in one of the post offices and using Chrome the unlimited option is greyed out, so I wonder how they set some mailboxes to unlimited.
It shouldn't be very difficult because 5 or 6 admins have done it and I'm sure they are not trying to do it on purpose, it must be some bug.
Can anybody help?
Mailenable Enterprise 9.53 (but it has happened before this version)

Hi,
Ensure they all set to ADMIN users. If set to SYSADMIN then they will be able to set to unlimited.

Hello there, yes, they are set to ADMIN.
Since my original post, I have talked to one of them. He told me has the "unlimited" option grayed out.
He is not trying to bypass the restriction or anything.
So it must be a bug on the server.
