MEPOPS.EXE after upgrading to 9.7 professional

Post by clintonutt »

I upgraded to 9.7 yesterday morning and since then the MEPOPS.EXE service keeps crashing and I have to restart it. I tried rerunning the upgrade and rebooting the server and that only seems to have caused the problem to get worse. I get the following error in the Windows Application events

Faulting application name: MEPOPS.EXE, version: 1.0.0.59, time stamp: 0x58cddaa9
Faulting module name: MEPOPS.EXE, version: 1.0.0.59, time stamp: 0x58cddaa9

Faulting module path: M:\Program Files\Mail Enable\Bin64\MEPOPS.EXE
Report Id: 3b6fe394-13cf-11e7-80f1-0cc47a32b60d

Any help would be appreciated.
