I am using Mailenable Enterprise Version 9.72. When I attempt to disable any email account, I am getting the message "Failed to change the status of the mailbox login configuration.".

Re: Failed to change the status of the mailbox login configuration
Hi,
Where are you disabling the mailbox? Is it via the administration console or via the web administration interface? If you create a brand new mailbox and try to disable it do you get the same error?

Re: Failed to change the status of the mailbox login configuration
I am working in the administration console. I just added a new mail box and was able to disable and enable the mailbox with no problem. I tried to disable an older mailbox and it failed. When I refreshed the screen, it did show disabled?
I am not sure what is going on with my older mailboxes that would cause this problem.

Hi,
Try and upgrade to 9.74 to see if the problem continues with existing mailboxes.
