WebMail - Message not displaying

Post by stetters »

Some messages are not being displayed within the Webmail GUI but are visible if using a mail client such as Outlook.

The body of the message is just blank.

When the message is downloaded within the Webmail GUI and viewed using a text editor, the content of the message appears to be fully intact.

The message character set is utf-8 and the webmail has also been defined as utf-8

We are running Professional 9.53

Hi,

You need to upgrade to 9.75 as there has been many fixes and updates to web mail that you need to apply first.

I have upgraded the Mail server to the latest version 9.75 and the symptoms are still the same.

The source of one of the messages experiencing the symptoms is shown below - I have taken out the main body of the items - I dont think the webmail likes the multiple Content-type entries. If I remove leaving only one, the message is displayed.

I'm already running 9.75 and this issue also happens to me. Some emails only show blank screen when that same email is shown in other clients.

As mentioned previously, we are already running the latest version of the webmail.

I can provide a source .mai file as an example if that would help?

Regards

Steve
