can not send email to a godaddy account

Post by roymullinsjr »

my email has never had a glitch until now, when i try to send email to any of the 5 accounts that belong to one certain domain i get the following immediatley.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 8/2/2017 6:32 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'robin@romemovies.com' on 8/2/2017 6:32 PM
Server error: '550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local.'

it does this to all 5 email address that belong to here. I host there website but not there email. I dont know what could be wrong.

Hi,

Looks like it's trying to route the message locally. Does the domain romemoives.com exist within MailEnable? If so then when you send from a locally hosted email address to the robin@romevmoies.com it's trying to deliver locally where the mailbox does not exist and thus the error 550 is returned. You may need to configure the domain romemovies.com to smart host to the MX of the remote server which seems to be "smtp.secureserver.net".
