Webmail doesn't show mail

When I log into webmail now, it shows "22" mail messages in my inbox but I cannot see them. I also cannot see any folders I have. This just started occurring and I am getting complaints from others. Can you help?

Contacts show fine
Calendar shows fine
Tasks show fine
Yes, I have rebooted

Diagnostics doesn't tell me anything is broken.
