Mobile webmail on iOS compose/reply to message CSS glitch

Hi there,

When composing/replying to email on mobile webmail in iOS with 4" screen, is it not possible to scroll down in order to hit Send button. Larger screen Apple phone has same problem.

Android Chrome does not have this problem.
